GOVERNANCE Focus 5: Upholding Governance and Ethics In response to the changing laws and compliance requirements, the Group has developed robust corporate governance practices that allow it to effectively navigate the complex regulatory landscapes in the countries where it operates. The Company’s Board plays a crucial role in overseeing the Company’s sustainability initiatives, fostering a strong culture of compliance, and addressing key ESG issues pertinent to the industry. Awards and Accreditations GRI 2-28 As a testament to its commitment to corporate governance and transparency, the Group has been awarded the following accolades: • Ranked No. 29 in the Straits Times / Statista Singapore’s Fastest Growing Companies 2025 list, which includes 100 local businesses that achieved a high percentage growth in revenues between 2020 and 20232. Rex is one of only five SGX-listed companies to make the list3. • Ranked No. 564 among 477 listed companies in the Singapore Governance and Transparency Index (“SGTI”) in 2024 with a total score of 69.35 in the general category. The Company continued to be the highest ranked among Singapore- listed oil & gas E&P companies for the ninth consecutive year.
